Disney Looks to Online Gaming

The Disney Corporation has recently purchased online game developer Playdom Inc. The deal that is wroth nearly 763 million dollars will allow Disney to make the move into online gaming. The online game realm will be new to Disney, but they are looking to expand their brand name. Playdom, of course, is not a huge name in online games, but with Disney's backing it could become bigger. Only time will tell if Disney is making the right move to work with online gaming, but if they try to market some of the bigger name titles that they have it could be a success.
