Rock Band iOS Breaking Up After May

So it would appear that Harmonix is ready to pull the plug and break up the band formed in Rock Band iOS. So for those out there rocking the tunes with this app, you're going to want to get as much out of it as possible. After May 31st it's closing down. I feel like there is another Rock Band app out there as well, but there has been no mention of the fate of that app.

Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK. Most things...Like shutting down online servers for MP...0-day DLC...Crap EA & other publishers pulls on a regular basis? I can at least see where they're coming from. Might suck but I can get over it.
But this. Wow. I don't have the game and it just makes me angry even thinking about this. I just went on the store on my iPhone and I can stull purchase the game for $4.99. And people wonder I refuse to use a Kindle with DRM. It's shit like this where I don't "own" the software and am unable to back it up on my own terms is exactly why.
