So yes I know that EGM is gone *tear* I just feel like its weird that the replacement is Maxim. Yes from time to time they mention video games, but I don't see how this is a good choice. I know that the subscriber base was probably all male, but there might have been some females sprinkled in there from time to time, and now they get to see the Poor Man's Playboy, where ladies pose with just enough clothes on.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for that, but first off I already have a subscription thanks to GameSpot (I think), and now where am I suppose to get my hard copy gaming news with interesting articles? I think the better move would have been just a refund, or a nice postcard with some options on where you want your leftover balance to go to.
